Mandragora Hidromel is a family business that was founded in 2021, but has been making artisanal recipes since 2012. We wanted to recover a forgotten millenary drink and we have been able to adapt it to our times. Mead Origen IX semi-sweet with 9% Vol. is a bright golden color. In the aroma you can perceive the honey with citrus tones that when transferred to the mouth leaves a very pleasant sensation, refreshing and round ship with notes of sweet almond, green apple and citrus. It goes well with creamy cheese boards, nuts, quince jelly, among many others. In cooking it has been used as a reduction in desserts such as panacota, flan or cheesecake. Keep in a dry place, protected from sunlight, once opened, store in the refrigerator and serve between 10-15ºC.
