Viog is our single varietal Viogner from our own vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand and then selected and destemmed slowly to ensure the integrity of each grain until it is pressed at low pressures and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. It is aged in lees for approximately 4 months in spherical ceramic tanks. The result is a straw yellow colored wine, clean and bright with a medium-high aromatic intensity where the aromas of white fruit, such as pear and apple, stand out.< and stone fruits such as apricot. The palate is agile, unctuous, with well-integrated acidity and medium-long finish.
