It blends 30-45 % of reserve wines with grapes from up to 50 to 60 different crus. Pinot Noir (50-55 %) predominates, providing that structure so typical of Veuve Clicquot, while its Chardonnay (28-33 %) brings the essential elegance and finesse in a perfectly balanced wine, and finally a touch of Meunier (15-20 %) that serves to round out the blend. The long aging in our "Crayères" (minimum 3 years for the Yellow Label) is what gives the champagne its silkiness.
