Made from a base of White Muntaner Vermouth to which is added a combination of red fruit infusions, hibiscus petals, strawberry and raspberry. In this way it acquires the pink color and a very different flavor from the White Vermouth Muntaner. Its elaboration is totally natural and this can cause, with the passage of time, that the pink color can oxidize and change a little its coloring.
Vermouth Muntaner Rosé 75cl is elaborated 100% with Premsal Blanc grape, a native Majorcan variety, with a base of 14 botanicals macerated for 40 days in 500l oak barrels, which gives it a remarkable volume and complex aromas. The Antonio Nadal distillery only uses the grape must to correct the acidity, avoiding the use of sugars or artificial additives (like most industrial vermouths), resulting in a high quality natural vermouth. It is presented as an evolution based on the white version, which is infused with hibiscus flowers and its pigmentation is achieved with the maceration of red tea.
Its delicate and complex elaboration method results in a vermouth with an attractive natural color, delicate floral and fruity notes. Fresh, silky and persistent on the palate. It is recommended for consumption in the traditional way (ice, pink grapefruit peel and olive) or in a cocktail, using a wine glass or balloon, with lots of ice and flavored with pink grapefruit peel, 8cl Muntaner rose vermouth and a Tomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soft drink, colorful, fresh and delicate.
