Pere Calafat Vich took over the Celler Jaume de Puntiró from his parents in 1980. The family has a long history as winegrowers. Pere is one of the pioneers of organic viticulture in Mallorca. Making a good wine requires a lot of work if you want to completely dispense with chemicals.
