A large estate in the heart of Castilla La Mancha, Mano a Mano began its work a decade ago with the location of an estate with exceptional characteristics: very old vines, planted in goblet, with a very poor soil and, therefore, an enormous potential to offer high quality grapes. From the moment this plot was located, the winery's technical team, led by Asunción Yébenes, began to explore the possibilities offered by the different grape varieties depending on the type of plot, climate and soil type. This research work has borne fruit over ten years in the form of unique wines in the La Mancha region, among which the Venta La Ossa family stands out, incorporating varieties such as Syrah and Touriga Nacional, which, together with Tempranillo, offer surprising results. The winery building, located in a spectacular 5,000 square meter building surrounded by 300 hectares of old Tempranillo vines, offers a privileged view of the La Mancha vineyard landscape. The purpose of Bodegas Mano a Mano is to produce wines whose groundbreaking image reflects an irreverent character, which shows that in Castilla La Mancha it is possible to produce wines with a quality and uniqueness that surprise those who are able to free themselves from prejudices and who are willing to enjoy without complexes.
