Tempranillo grapes from vineyards planted in sandy soils were hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. A small portion of the wine underwent a touch of French and American oak.
A reverence to the art of time. The ancient lands of the Kingdom of León, with their icy winds in the depths of winter and sultry summers, chisel the temperament of wines with strength and distinction. They are given their character by the very old, centuries-old, low-production vines, zealously guarded and harvested by hand. On the gravel soils, where the Templar knights' cavalry hooves resounded, pearly clusters of Tempranillo and the native varieties Tinta de Toro and Prieto Picudo grow. The winery's careful production offers a complete variety of young reds with noble wood chords, complemented with the authority of elegant crianzas, at the height of roasted meats, slaughter products and the rich legumes of the land.
