Torelló Brut Reserva comes from our own vineyards located in the family estate of Can Martí, in the town of Gelida (Alt Penedès). Organic agriculture is practiced without the use of chemical products and the grapes are harvested completely by hand at the optimum moment of ripening. At the winery, the Torelló Brut Reserva grapes are immediately transferred to the press to obtain the free-run juice and start a first fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Then a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle and finally it is aged for a minimum of 36 months in the bottle. As it is a brut type, it has 4 gr/l sugar. With more than 36 months in bottle, Torelló Brut Reserva is a fresh, sweet and structured Corpinnat. A sparkling wine that perfectly reflects the philosophy of the Torelló factory.
Torelló Viticultors is a historic winery that, in addition to producing still wines under the D.O. Penedès, presents some great sparkling wines under the quality brand Corpinnat. It is a small association that only includes the best producers of sparkling wines in the Penedès and defends the native varieties, the typicity of the terroir and organic farming.
