Tiempos Modernos Godello Ecológico is made from grapes selected and grown in the vineyards of Nava del Rey. These vineyards are cultivated with organic farming techniques and are audited and certified by the Organic Farming Council of Castilla y León. El Lagar de Moha is a family winery in the Rueda DO. They are currently the first and only biodynamic winery in the D.O. Their philosophy is based on making wines of excellent quality in an organic/biodynamic way. To achieve the quality to which they aspire, they are especially careful with the small details. The wines of Bodega Lagar De Moha have a triple certification: Organic by the European Union, Vegan by the European Vegetarian Union and Biodynamic by Demeter.
Made in stainless steel tanks with the yeasts present in the grape skins. Subsequently aged on its own fine lees for 4 months. Stabilized with bentonite and cold resting and filtered on natural cellulose plates.
