A very refined Junmai sake, rather dry, and also very "umaminoso".
This is a soft and mild Junmai, full, more savory than sweet, with great umami tones. It is a smoother and softer Junmai, quite refined and subdued, but very pleasantly unique. Ideal to accompany simple, umami-rich meals. Recommended slightly chilled, at room temperature or slightly warm.
