This is a classic blend from the Toro area, with a predominance of a native Tinta de Toro from vineyards over 80 years old. It has been aged for 14 months in French oak, picking up a rich palette of fruity, spicy and scrubland notes. A purebred red wine that goes perfectly with red meats and game dishes, remarkably balanced, with gentle silky and sweet tannins but at the same time concentrated, ample and with an elegant palate where notes of our terroir can be distinguished in the retronasal passage. Its rich fruit base is prolonged in a persistent, long and pleasant finish. Very elegant. Complex, with layers of black currant, tobacco and blackberry liqueur, slightly balsamic with notes of scrubland: thyme, rosemary, lavender, fennel, basil and spices such as clove and black pepper.
Wine made with 85% Tinta de Toro grapes, from centenary vineyards, and 15% Garnacha grapes, from 80-year-old vineyards in the Morales de Toro area.
