Frances St. Germain liqueur is a premium drink of French origin made from fresh, hand-picked elderflowers. They bloom once a year for a period of two to four weeks in late spring. Once harvested, these wild flowers are quickly macerated using traditional techniques to capture their freshness and enhance their fruity character. Very light and faint yellow in color. Slight fruity notes of grapes are distinguished on the nose. It is on the palate that St Germain shows its character: notes of lychee and green grape combine smoothly between acidity and sweetness, which is well balanced. It is very versatile and this makes it the ideal ingredient in the creation of cocktails, such as: the St. Germain, which includes this liqueur, cava brut and soda, the Paris Daiquiri, the Grey Goose Le Fizz or the Bombay Gin Tonic.
