After careful hand harvesting, it receives the best care we can give it. This starts with the real pale pink, as the best rosés from Provence have. The connoisseur recognizes the fresh and fruity wine. The vinification, carefully controlled, is carried out in wooden barrels without allowing too strong tannins. This vegan wine is suitable for light meals or is also pleasant to drink as an aperitif in a merry round thanks to its fine freshness. The influence of the sun and the Mediterranean Sea comes through naturally. Since rosé wines do not require bottle aging, we have added an expensive but environmentally friendly Vinolok glass stopper (100% recyclable) to our rosé, which preserves the aromas and freshness. This practical stopper also allows you to keep an open bottle tightly closed in a cool place.
The rosé is made from Merlot grapes from our best soils and comes from a GRAND VIN extraction. The result is a rosé wine of great elegance, but only in small quantities. Although our core business is the production of red wines, we like to create a niche product of such high quality.
