Sitta is a very limited rosé (only 1,300 bottles are produced), very attractive visually and aromatically, with a very sweet and fresh palate. It is an ideal wine to enjoy at any time.
Sitta Rosé 2020 arises from the absolute respect for the traditional winemaking methods that guide the practices of Attis Bodega y Viñedos. The grapes that give rise to this limited production rosé come from vineyards arranged on trellises, with traditional pergola, on granitic sandy-clay entisol soils. After ripening and manual harvesting, the red caíño, pedral and espadeiro grapes that make up the blend are subjected to an exhaustive selection upon entry into the winery, before being pressed with their stems. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, and after malolactic fermentation, also spontaneous, the wine obtained is filtered and bottled for commercialization.
