Single varietal wine from a single plot of own vineyards. Produced under the IGP Vi de la Terra Mallorca The grapes are handpicked and selected. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and partially aged in new French oak barrels. Alcohol content: 14.5%. Best consumed at a temperature of 8-10 degrees Celsius.
It is an autochthonous variety of white grape from Mallorca, pre-phylloxera and that was on the verge of disappearing as it was a variety with very low yields and difficult to grow. Despite the difficulties it presents, its oenological characteristics make it a very special variety, which can produce high quality wines reflecting a unique affinity with our Mediterranean climate.
