Sangarida La Yegua Barrica 75cl.

25,00

Located on the slopes of the foothills of the Montes Aquilianos, in the shadow of the Silla de la Yegua, are the Godello and Doña Blanca vineyards that give rise to this wine. A combination of Godello from two parcels in Campo and San Lorenzo del Bierzo. The first is fresher, the second more powerful. Both with an organic philosophy. The Doña Blanca of this wine comes from 4 very old vines planted between 1901 and 1910 in co-planting with Mencía: La Calleja (1901), Lombano (1901), Las Tablas (1910) and El Corzo (1910). A blend of equal parts between the two main white varieties of the region. The perfect complement between aromatics and acidity, enhanced by barrel aging. Harmony, freshness and elegance define this original white wine. A vibrant wine with which you will enjoy your best appetizers and enjoy until dessert.

Description

The Fariña brothers make their wines in Bierzo through Sangarida, their dream project. This barrel-fermented white is one of the parcel wines they make. A small bottled luxury of which less than 4,000 bottles have been released. Fresh and dense at the same time, with a delicious acidity that rounds it off.
