Rioja Crianza red wine, single varietal Garnacha from old vines, aged for 12 months in French oak vats and oval barrels.
A Grenache from octogenarian vines and very old clones, from small vineyards scattered throughout the Alto Najerilla region with clay-loam soils. A red wine with structure and loaded with fruit and complexity, intense, aromatic, with a peculiar intensity of black fruit, typical of the ripening of the Grenache in these soils. Unctuous, silky and complex. The vineyards are located in the Alto Najerilla subzone, in the municipalities of Cárdenas and Badarán at an average altitude of 600 meters. Very old vineyards with high planting density and distributed in small vineyards. Harvested by hand in 18 kg boxes, fermented with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats with a percentage of 40% with stems. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in wooden vats. Aged in 40 HL French oak vats and 30 HL oval barrels for 12 months.
