Its complexity only invites to aromatize the glass or wide glass (pre-cooled) with a citrus zest (ideally grapefruit) and a very cold tonic without excess sugar. The ice cream should be large, rich and firm. Nothing more and nothing less, the essence of a good gin and tonic.
