A textbook Côtes-du-Rhône made from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre (Mourvèdre) in the southern part of the Rhône Valley. A wine for every day.
Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir ""Vieilles Vignes"" (old vines) is made from grapes from 25 to 30 year old vines located in the Cote de Beaune and the Cote de Nuits. Classic Côtes du Rhône. Fruity and fleshy, with beautiful tannins, this is a great everyday wine made almost exclusively from our Grand Prébois vineyards (for the Grenache) and our Vinsobres vineyards (for the Syrah). A beautiful wine to always have on hand. The harvest date is determined by checking the ripeness of the grapes through analysis and tasting of the berries. As soon as they arrive at the winery, the grapes are sorted and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 150hl and 190hl. Extraction is carried out by pumping over and the frequency is determined by tasting. After racking and malolactic fermentation, the wines are racked partly into oak barrels and partly into stainless steel tanks, where they will age for one year.
