Young rosé wine made from Prieto Picudo 100% grapes in the vineyards of the town of Gordoncillo (León). Mechanized night harvest, followed by a short maceration at low temperature around 8ºC, then lees work in must prior to alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. We recommend serving at a temperature between 5º to 8ºC.
