These botanicals, along with our main ingredients, enhance the depth of flavors conveyed through the gin and provide a full flavor that is true to the island of Mallorca. Locally harvested botanicals: Juniper, Fresh Lemon Peel, Fresh Orange Peel, Almond Blossom, Orange Leaves, Tomato Twigs and Lavender. Organic: Coriander, Iris Root, Cassia Bark, Cardamom Pods, Angelica Root, Licorice Root, Lime Peel and Rhubarb Root. Full of floral notes of fresh pine, dried orange and lavender. Layers of citrus, woody to sweet, complemented by honeyed floral hints. Prolonged, earthy with a delicate, refreshing spicy nuance. Intense and fresh.
