We combine an infusion of aromatic herbs with the peels of various citrus fruits. To this formula, after a few months of maceration, we add an aged white mistela that we have reserved for this vermouth. Aromatically intense and very pleasant, with hints of sweet herbs such as star anise, marialuisa, cinchona and angelica. Balance and complexity in equal parts. The palate is elegant, unctuous, fine and round. A slight sweetness and bitterness is perceived with a refined citrus finish that brings freshness and a splendid aftertaste that makes it very sweet.
We wanted to produce a vermouth that complements the Mediterranean citrus aromas so typical of our environment.
