Obtained by distillation following the traditional steam distillation system. Intense, aromatic and very elegant.
Martín Códax White Spirit is obtained from Albariño grape marc. The distillation is carried out by dragging steam at a slow and steady pace, allowing the aromatic components of them to appear. Ideal for after-dinner drinking, served neat or in a chilled glass. In addition to being a digestive, it is an excellent accompaniment to coffee. Awarded as one of the Best Spirits of Spain in 2021 (AEPEV).
