Nosso 2022 "tastes like the verdejo of yesteryear", according to the inhabitants of Rueda. An organic white wine made in an artisanal and natural way (without additives, both in the field and in the winery), from grapes of the Verdejo variety from the Menade estate, located at an altitude of over 750 meters above sea level, in the vicinity of the Duero River. A Verdejo aged in wood with its skins for 4-5 months, which transports the wine to the Castilian plateau.
Singular white wine that is made with a minimum intervention of the winery taken to its maximum exponent. Single varietal Verdejo of perfect proportions, where the varietal aromas stand out. A natural 100% wine. A Verdejo like those of yesteryear.
