Munia Especial is a wine made with selected grapes from centenary vineyards, purchased from local winegrowers who own vineyards between 100-120 years old, very close to us. The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes of 15 kilos. Subsequently, the grapes are manually destemmed and carefully crushed to obtain this unique nectar. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in the French oak barrels. Constant battonage is carried out during the winemaking process. In this wine the artisanal part is unified with the highest quality. 24 months in French oak barrels of medium toast and fine grain exclusively.
Munia Especial takes this name in part due to its raw material, grapes from vineyards over 100 years old, handpicked and selected with great care.
