8A Moscato de Ochoa MdO was born in Adriana's mind during a trip to Italy where she discovered the wonder of Moscato D'Asti and began to think about making a sparkling Moscato with a low alcohol content (5.5%). When Adriana returns to the winery, she considers making this delicacy, following market trends.
Everything begins with destemming, which eliminates the stems, a small crushing and a light pressing. This is how we obtain the free-run juice that ferments naturally up to 5.5 degrees of alcohol, until the final result is obtained. The bubbles are very fine and come from the fermentation process; no artificial bubbles are added.
