Mirgin Gran Reserva Brut Nature is the expression of freshness as a way of understanding cava. Cava made with white pansa (xarel.lo), macabeo, chardonnay and parellada, from organic farming, accentuating the fruity and structured character without losing lightness. Alta Alella is a family project that began in the early nineties. The oenologist and entrepreneur Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets together with his wife Cristina Guillén, who with great enthusiasm started this oenological adventure, acquired the Can Genís estate, with noucentistas reminiscences, located in the agricultural area of the Serralada de Marina Natural Park, between the municipalities of Alella and Tiana.
The Gran Reserva Cava by Josep María Pujol-Busquets is a Cava that seeks a fine and elegant expression. A classic blend in which the Pansa Blanca (Xarel.lo) predominates, to make a fresh, direct, crystalline sparkling wine, full of nuances and with a fine and creamy bubble.
