It appeared more than 25 years ago, when Jean-Etienne and François Matton wanted to bring a signature wine to a wider audience of Provence rosé lovers, with the perfect pairing of exciting aromas and light flavor. The idea is to offer drinkers a joyful experience and showcase the terroirs of Provence. The bottle design was updated in 2020. This vintage is a clever blend of a selection of grapes from the Appellation with the winery's own grapes. The vinification process is carried out with Minuty's perfect understanding of vinification temperatures that are low enough to block the aromatic potential of the grapes, but high enough to bring out their subtleties. It blends Grenache for its elegant aromas, Syrah for its aromatic complexity, Cinsault for its vivacity and Rolle, a white grape variety from Provence, for its earthy aromas. Bright pink in color, with crisp, powerful aromas of yellow grapefruit, white currant, blood orange and fresh berries such as raspberry. The palate is equally fresh, strong and clean, with a pleasant salty and spicy aftertaste. It is a vibrant and powerful wine.
