Pure Provence for its selection of grapes from all the terroirs of the Appellation, from the seashore to the hinterland and Sainte-Victoire. Pure Provence for the bottle design, updated in 2014 but invented and designed in the 1960s by Monique Farnet, the mother of Jean-Etienne and François Matton. The whole region made the revolutionary bottle shape its own, proving that the Matton-Farnet family has always been the reference for Provence wine. Finally, Pure Minuty, because it embodies the winery's style, with intense aromas and light flavors. Everything in the M vintage encapsulates its balance and vivacity. Jean-Etienne and François Matton use mainly grenache for its elegant aromas, cinsault for its freshness, syrah for its complexity and a hint of tibouren for its delicate white fruit aromas. The idea is to retain the luminous intensity of all the juices.
