Mezcal Burrito Fiestero is a young, unaged mezcal, made 100% with cenizo agave from the state of Durango, selected by hand and transported by donkeys to the distillery. This agave or maguey has taken between 10 and 13 years to mature. Made with a double distillation, it has slightly smoky, sweet and floral notes. A mezcal that recovers the tradition, colors and Mexican know-how for this millenary spirit. The nose is smoky and light, with sweet and floral notes. In the mouth it leaves a great aftertaste and a long finish with a unique flavor that makes you enjoy every sip.
