Martin Miller's is made using a wide variety of botanicals including cassia bark, Florentine iris and coriander root. All these botanicals are balanced by five careful distillations in small batches combined with the purest Icelandic water. The result is a modern and subtle gin with aromas of jasmine and white flowers as well as juniper. On the palate cardamom, pepper and juniper lead to an explosion of citrus.
Martin Miller's Original Gin is still distilled by separating the best earthy and citrus botanicals in two distillations. This separate distillation gives it a unique balance of citrus and juniper. The final distillate is blended with Icelandic spring water. It emerges in such a pure state that it does not have to be demineralized or artificially distilled, giving the gin that distinctive aroma and smoothness in the mouth. Smooth and citrusy.
