This naturally bled rosé wine comes from our best old ungrafted vines on the highest gravelly terraces of the Duero River. The Tinta de Toro or Tempranillo variety and its months in contact with the fine lees of the Sauvignon Blanc variety combine perfectly to give the wine freshness, balance and complexity.
Marqués De Riscal Viñas Viejas Rosé 75cl
29,99 €
Marqués de Riscal Viñas Viejas is a limited edition rosé that contains the purest essence of the Tinta de Toro variety. The exceptionality of this wine is given by its production with grapes from vines over 80 years old, grown on ungrafted, pre-phylloxera, from the highest gravelly terraces of the Duero River.
It is undoubtedly an atypical rosé, as it is made using the natural bleeding technique, where the must that flows directly from the press after a brief maceration is used. Its uniqueness is also due to the contact with the fine lees of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which adds freshness and complexity to the wine.
Marqués de Riscal Viñas Viejas, with its pretty pale pink color, is made to drink young, but has a sophisticated complexity of flavor, smoothness of structure and mineral persistence.
