Marieta is a white wine of the D.O. Rías Baixas produced by the Martín Códax winery. This winery is located in the municipality of Cambados (Pontevedra). Marieta is 100% made from the Albariño variety. The grapes come from vineyards of small plots that are driven by the vine training system. The grapes are harvested by hand in 20kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks. Before the end of fermentation, it is interrupted by the use of cold, so that the wine contains 14gr /L of residual sugar. Marieta is the first semi-dry Albariño in history.
