From the distillation of carefully selected wines, this exceptional Brandy Solera Gran Reserva has spent the last 3 years of its long aging of more than 15 years using the traditional system of "Criaderas y Solera" in butts previously bottled with one of our great wines of Jerez. Intense amber color with bright mahogany tones, the nose highlights the notes of raisins and wood that recall the origin of the casks in which it has aged.
This luxurious brandy is the only one produced entirely in Jerez. From the best Palomino must, a precise production process and extensive aging, this distillate captures the classic essence of brandy de Jerez. A delight to be enjoyed on its own or accompanied by chocolate or coffee desserts.
