A family linked to viticulture. Josep Maria and Cristina have dedicated their entire lives to the culture of wine and cava. Their daughters, Mireia and Georgina, have grown up surrounded by vineyards, grapes, harvests and bottles. They carry it inside them. Knowledge, passion, perseverance and dedication. A way of life. Cava from organic grapes bottled in a special bottle to accentuate the differential factor and identify its origin, represented by a very international blend that gives it structure, aroma and flavor much more marked. The harvest is done manually selecting the best grapes for the elaboration of cava. The free-run juice is extracted very gently to avoid coloring the Pinot Noir and fermentation is carried out at 15ºC separately for each variety. With a strict application of the traditional winemaking method and a minimum of 36 months aging, it is sold freshly disgorged.
