Produced in the DOQ Priorat, Brugueres Blanc is a seductive Spanish white wine made in a land famous for its bold red wines. Made by Jordi Vidal, head winemaker at La Conreria d'Scala Dei winery, this white Grenache varietal wine comes from estate vineyards with typical Priorat slate soils (llicorella). After the harvest, the grapes were cold macerated for 3-4 days before fermentation, which took place in stainless steel tanks. Brugueres Blanc was then aged for 5 months on its lees. The wine was gently clarified before bottling. This white wine from Priorat pairs well with blue fish, white meats and creamy cheeses.
LES BRUGUERES Blanc is a white wine from sustainable viticulture, made from Grenache Blanc in the Montsant Natural Park, in the heart of Priorat. Wine aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks on its lees.
