Ketel One Vodka is a vodka made in Holland by the Nolet Distillery using a 100% wheat distillation process using the old school creative process.

No. 1 in sales and No. 1 in Drinks International 2023 trends. Since 1691 our family has meticulously crafted spirits using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients. The smooth mouthfeel and character of Ketel One vodka begins with wheat. Ketel One Vodka is made from the finest quality 100% GMO-free winter wheat grown naturally in Europe. The first step in making Ketel One Vodka is to mill the wheat and mix it with water to form the wort. This is fermented and undergoes a column distillation process to produce an ultra-vivid and fresh wheat spirit. UWS gets its name from the exacting specifications used in its production and the very high levels of purity compared to other grain spirits. The second step in the vodka making process is where the magic happens. Some of the wheat spirit is re-distilled in ten copper stills including the original 19th century coal-fired copper still. It has to be stoked by hand, sealed with wheat paste to prevent evaporation and checked every 20 minutes during the 8-hour process. The hard "heads" and weak "tails" are discarded leaving the first quality "hearts". The hearts of the distillates obtained from the stills, including those from Copper Alembic Still No. 1, are individually filtered and blended to create the Master Alembic Batch. It is this rare liquid that gives our premium vodka its silky smooth finish.
