Passionate about good work and CEO of an international fashion company, she was the founder of Azurmendi (3 Michelin stars) and right hand of chef Eneko Atxa for 10 years. Always linked to the world of wine, both by her mother's family and her in-laws, she is an entrepreneur in different sectors, such as fashion (she has a company that sells in 14 countries) or cinema. Now she is launching her most personal project, a custom-made rosé made in Spain with DO Rioja.
