From the vineyards located in the surroundings of our winery at an altitude of 700 meters northeast of Jumilla, we obtain the Monastrell grapes from which we produce this wine with a short time in oak.

Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once the fermentation process is completed, the wine remains in tank until bottling. Straw yellow color with greenish and golden glints. Elegant and fresh aromas of stone and tropical fruits (peach, apricot, pineapple), citrus and white flowers.
