Jaime I is a work of art, inspired by modernist art, which pays homage to the founder of Bodegas Torres: Don Jaime Torres. Made entirely from the Parellada grape variety, it is aged for an exceptionally long time using the traditional solera method, which gives the brandy an aged character. Jaime I is made by carefully blending very old brandies, older than those used in reserve brandies. Fine dark mahogany color. It is complex, majestic and balanced. With very suggestive notes of vanilla, walnut, flowers, plum, cedar and sandalwood.
Several times distilled in copper stills and the result of a long aging. It comes from a blend in the best American oak casks, of brandies older than those normally used in the most sought-after VSOPs in the world.
