60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir. 6 months of vinification in tanks. Aged for three years and 3 more months on its lees. This is a smooth, well-focused wine adorned with flowers, green apples and white peaches. This invigorating, entry-level champagne shows tremendous vitality and bracing acidity on the long, clean finish.
Made only from the "cuvee heart", it reveals the finesse and freshness of our terroir's chardonnay. Aged for a long time on lees in our cellar and made with complex reserve wines, it is appreciated by connoisseurs.
75 % chardonnay, 20 % meunier, 5 % pinot noir. Blended with 30 to 40% of reserve wines. Vinified and aged in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks for 8 months. Aged in the bottle on the lees for 5 years in our cellar at constant temperature and humidity, and then rested for a minimum of 3 months after disgorgement.
