The white wine Habla de ti from Bodegas Habla, presents this white wine from the Denomination of Origin V.T. Extremadura, made from the grape varieties 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It received the award as the best white wine of Spain by the Spanish Association of Wine Journalists and Writers (AEPEV), in a contest held in January 2015 to elucidate the best wines of Spain.
The grapes used to make this wine come from young vines in a terroir 450 meters above sea level, the soils are sandy loam and the climate has great variation. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery, where they are fermented for 2 months in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 9-10ºC. At the end of the process, the wine rests for 5 months on its lees in the same tanks.
