Made from a coupage of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada, complemented with a 15% of Chardonnay, all the grapes come from vineyards cultivated following the guidelines of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Selected on site and in the winery, the grapes for this Corpinnat del Penedès sparkling wine were gently pressed and vinified separately according to variety.
They were then blended and bottled. Finally, Gramona Imperial 2017 was aged for 60 months and expedition liqueur was added after disgorgement. This is a very versatile Corpinnat sparkling wine.

We take responsibility for every step in the production of our wines, from the field to the bottle. We harvest the grapes manually and deposit the clusters in 25 kg boxes, we use a selection table, we enter the grapes by gravity and perform a whole bunch pressing.
We use the heads and cores (52.5%) from the fractionation with our specialized presses for pressing whole grapes, with estates from our 12 Aliances per la Terra winegrowers. The touch of expedition liqueur from our century-old solera brings the unmistakable signature of the house, a symbol of elegance that has made this sparkling wine a classic. This sparkling wine is aged for more than 50 months.
