Our Domaine is located in Épernay, in the heart of a listed park over 1.7 km of 19th century cellars. The predominant blend of Pinot Noir creates a very fine fruit, refreshed by the Chardonnay which gives it an elegant and mineral finish. Bottled in late spring following the harvest, 4 years minimum cellar aging. The dosage is precisely adjusted to preserve the balance between freshness, fruit and vinosity without masking the character and purity of the wine. This Champagne is perfect to enjoy as an aperitif or served with food. It will go well with simple or more elaborate dishes: gougères and cheese puffs (with the aperitif), or pâté en croûte, roast chicken, poultry in cream sauce, Comté or Parmesan cheese.
With its elegant roundness and freshness, this Champagne has a very broad appeal. Its subtle and elegant structure is the typical expression of Champagne Gosset wines.
