In 2011 we launched our first non-alcoholic sparkling beverage, after two years of technical and market research and oenological tests. In 2016 we renewed not only the presentation but also the palate of the product. In 2022 we go one step further, reducing the sugar level (from 54 gr to 38 gr) to achieve a low-calorie wine suitable for vegans. We have done many tests and tastings to find the perfect and updated profile of an innovative product in a growing market.
