Our wine spends 12 months in French oak barrels of different volumes and at different times. On the one hand, a part of the wine is aged for 4 months in a new 400L French oak barrel, and on the other hand, another part of the wine is aged for 12 months in a new 225L French oak barrel. It is a garnet red colored wine, with a high layer. Clean. Medium aromatic intensity. Aromas of ripe fruit, black fruit such as plums and balsamic aromas, such as eucalyptus. Also very present are the aromas of toasted barrels highlighting the aromas of licorice and vanilla. Smooth entry in the mouth, friendly with a velvety mouthfeel. Medium-long finish. It is a harmonious, Mediterranean and elegant wine.
