We are a family business, founded by three siblings: Jesus, Ruth and Cristina. For years we have worked to achieve our dream: to produce quality organic and biodynamic wines in our old family vineyard. In 2005, that dream became a reality when we established our winery on our estate, Finca el Fabián. The care of our vineyard is key. Our winery is certified organic and biodynamic. This is synonymous with our pro-environmental policy: we produce chemical-free wines, whose preparation does not harm the environment. We work a land where winemaking has been present for centuries, and we are aware of this. We believe in a perfect combination of traditional viticulture in Spain and modern techniques for sustainable agriculture. We turn the grapes grown on our estate into world-renowned wines.
