A Mallorcan red wine that will delight lovers of structured, fruity wines with good use of wood, aged for 15 months in French and American oak barrels.
The aim of our winery in Mallorca is to produce wine that meets the highest standards. True to our motto "Good wine is made in the field, not in the cellar", we carry out every step of the process by hand. This ensures that our grapes are of the highest quality. The heart of the Biniagual winery is the Bodega. Here we press fine wines from the grapes we grow in the 34 hectares surrounding the village and the winery. The keys to our work are the highest quality and respect for nature. Our winery in Mallorca follows the strict rules of an integrated agriculture that is totally focused on sustainability. For us it is important to press a typical Mallorcan wine full of character. That is why we only use indigenous grape varieties such as Mato Negro (red) and Prensal Blanc (white). We then blend them with Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Chardonnay and Moscatel to obtain four different red, one white and one rosé wine.
