Red wine of limited production in which the best grapes are selected from the vineyards of the Majorcan winery. Long aging in French oak barrels that give the wine elegance, balance and gentle tannins. The red fruit also makes itself felt, as well as the balsamic and spicy notes. Harvested by hand in 12 kilogram boxes. After the previous selection in the vineyard, there is a second selection in the winery. Fermentation takes place partly in 500-liter French oak fermenting barrels and partly in 4,600-liter stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in new 225-liter French oak barrels with medium toast.
Very complex and deep; ripe cherry, smoky and toasted notes. Noble and mellow; round and soft tannins; elegant and silky on the finish with great persistence.
