In 2010, even before the gin craze, they distilled their first batch of gin for a winery they worked for and were so excited that they decided to open their own distillery. In 2012 they created Gin Eva, a regional craft gin that focuses on local ingredients from Mallorca, starting with fresh citrus and local juniper.

Orange (bitter orange, navel and canoneta), lemon, mandarin, common juniper and Juniperus oxycedrus (juniper holly).
